KB939159 –An update to prevent a Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) crash on a Windows Vista-based computer. Essentially a problem when vista updates, updates. This is the update for that.
KB933360 – An update for daylight savings time though this is for the US, if you manage any systems remotely t may be worth doing. I cannot see any reason not to though. It replaces update KB931836, released in January 2007.
KB938952– Changes the name of the Chinese language pack in ‘Hong Kong’ s.a.r to ‘traditional Chinese’
