First Impressions of the new Galaxy Note are quite good with a big increase in performance due to the Quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU. Interestingly it is . Many might say the upgrade is only for enthusiasts or for new buyers only. But boy what an upgrade.
